Another step for Agent Technology

Most agents in the Gulf Coast area of Mississippi still live in the 90’s when it comes to technology mostly becauseJouez au Craps sur Top des salles de poker en ligne et bonne chance!

.компютри втора употреба technology is not part of their normal routine. When I opened the doors for business for Viking Realty back on August 25th of 2005, I did so knowing that I wanted to take the technological advancements I have used in my prior business and apply them to real estate to give the tech-savvy consumer the absolute best tools in the business.

While I am still a few months off on the full scale development I have been working on, I have taken a small leap forward in our lead gateway system at homereaper.com. This panel has some basic information on buying/selling homes and I will be adding more as time goes by. The biggest tool of this site is for our agents to constantly have numerous buyers and sellers they are dealing with.

The lead management site allows our agents to procure clients utilizing PPC (pay per click) advertising on sites like Google, Yahoo, and others. This assures that when we get a buyer or seller, we constantly have a running inventory of potential matches for suitability. For instance: A seller calls in to list their property/home for sale. We may already have a buyer lined up for a property like that and with multiple agents promoting the site, it would not be uncommon to have several agents having buyers that would match a seller’s home very closely. This will help us convert our listings much more quickly.

The lead gateway is technology that will help both our agents and our clients/potential clients and I am very excited to release the news that it has been tested for about a month now and is working fabulously.

Robinwood Forest Subdivision - Saucier, MS

Robinwood Forest Subdivision Saucier MSRobinwood Forest is one of Saucier, MS (just north of Gulfport) premier subdivisions, and in my opinion, one of the best places to live for the “overall package”.

Robinwood Forest has homes ranging in price from $250,000 - $550,000 and includes many different styles of homes, lakefront homes, and a great community overall.

Children of Robinwood Forest go to West Wortham Elementary/Middle and Harrison Central High School. West Wortham is a great school and many people move to this area just for the school itself.

Access to the subdivision is about a 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the intersection of Hwy 49 and I-10 making Robinwood Forest just out of the city limits but a very quick commute.

The desire for Robinwood Forest has grown so much that there have been additions to the subdivision like Robinwood East and other subdivisions that are “mini off-shoots” that attract numerous buyers as well such as Robinwood Village (slightly lower home prices).

If you are looking to buy a home or you are a seller looking for property analysis in Robinwood Forest Subdivision, please feel free to call or email me and I will be glad to help.

Robinwood East (Robinwood Forest) - Saucier MS

Robinwood East - Robinwood Forest, Saucier, MSUsing the words “Very nice” to describe this section of Robinwood Forest in Saucier, MS (just north of Gulfport) would be an understatement. Robinwood East, much like the rest of Robinwood Forest is a great place to live, with great neighbors. A pretty quiet lake side community, Robinwood East features mostly newer homes in the $250,000 - $450,000 price range. While there are a few variances, the bulk of the homes will fit in this range.

Take the home in the picture as a good example of what you can find here. This home is a little over 3,000 suqare feet, sitting on a half acre lot, great room for entertaining, and has a GREAT view of the sunset over the lake across the street.

Sales prices in this area have appreciated as much as 25% in the past year and I fully expect to see prices continue to rise over the coming years making this area a great place to buy a home.

If you have kids, you will definately be impressed with the West Wortham School.

Please feel free to contact me about historical data for Robinwood East, Robinwood Forest, or other homes/communities on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
