Robinwood Forest is one of Saucier, MS (just north of Gulfport) premier subdivisions, and in my opinion, one of the best places to live for the “overall package”.

Robinwood Forest has homes ranging in price from $250,000 - $550,000 and includes many different styles of homes, lakefront homes, and a great community overall.

Children of Robinwood Forest go to West Wortham Elementary/Middle and Harrison Central High School. West Wortham is a great school and many people move to this area just for the school itself.

Access to the subdivision is about a 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the intersection of Hwy 49 and I-10 making Robinwood Forest just out of the city limits but a very quick commute.

The desire for Robinwood Forest has grown so much that there have been additions to the subdivision like Robinwood East and other subdivisions that are “mini off-shoots” that attract numerous buyers as well such as Robinwood Village (slightly lower home prices).

Robinwood Village is located just south of Robinwood Forest off Old Hwy 49 in Saucier, MS (just north of Gulfport, MS).

Robinwood Village has very nice homes with good square footage ranging from about $200k - $330k. This community is also part of the West Wortham school making it a very desirable area for families with children.

Using the words “Very nice” to describe this section of Robinwood Forest in Saucier, MS (just north of Gulfport) would be an understatement. Robinwood East, much like the rest of Robinwood Forest is a great place to live, with great neighbors. A pretty quiet lake side community, Robinwood East features mostly newer homes in the $250,000 - $450,000 price range. While there are a few variances, the bulk of the homes will fit in this range.

Take the home in the picture as a good example of what you can find here. This home is a little over 3,000 suqare feet, sitting on a half acre lot, great room for entertaining, and has a GREAT view of the sunset over the lake across the street.

Sales prices in this area have appreciated as much as 25% in the past year and I fully expect to see prices continue to rise over the coming years making this area a great place to buy a home.

If you have kids, you will definately be impressed with the West Wortham School.

From the brick driveway and spectacular water fountain when you enter Swan Lake Estates until you reach the clubhouse on the lake, you will fall in love with this community. Beautiful homes, a tranquil environment, and the quiet lake all help to make Swan Lake Estates a premium subdivision in the Orange Grove (Gulfport) Mississippi area.

Swan Lake Estates is really not fair to be called a subdivision. It is more of a retreat from the day to day life and almost reminds you of a place to get away. Sure you can hear the kids playing when it is nice outside and a car drive by, but with all this peace so close to town - who wouldn’t want to live here?

Swan Lake Estates has homes starting in the low $200,000 range and go up from there. If this is a little pricey for you, you can take a jump over to the Overlook and save a little money and still have some of the same ammenities.

Roxbury Place subdivision is one of Orange Grove’s (Gulfport) premier subdivisions and consists of homes currently ranging in the $185,000 - $240,000 range.

Roxbury Place homes are primarily brick construction with some stucco and have open floor pans with high ceilings and nice crown molding.

The Home Owners Association helps to enforce the neighborhood’s restrictive covenants and there is a very high pride of ownership for the neighborhood. It is very typical to see kids out playing, neighbors talking and many people doing yard work on the weekends when it is nice outside.

Roxbury Place subdivision is a great place to raise a family and would make a welcome addition to your list if you are looking for homes. With a strong inflation in the neighborhood, you can’t go wrong by looking at these well-built homes.
